Make sure to read ALL instructions before registering for this conference. All registrants will be verified by Soror Neffie Gatewood Alimayu, South Central Tamias Grammateus. If you have any questions she can be contacted at scrtamiasgramm@gmail.com.

Registration Name
The first and last name that you use to register for this conference should be the same in Zeta Member Services (Fonteva). Zeta Member Services is the platform that we paid our national, regional, and state assessments. Member Planet is the platform that will be used to register for the 2022 South Central Region Virtual Conference. This will assist in verifying your identity.


Registration Address
The registration address will be used to ship the conference gift or conference souvenirs if it is needed. Otherwise conference material will be picked up on site.

Badge/Registration Material Pick-Up

Your pre-printed badge and registration materials will be held for you at the registration desk. Each registered Soror, Amica, Zeta Male Network or Guest will pick up ONLY their registration material. Please be prepared to show a government issued photo identification to receive your materials. Your badge is needed to enter all conference meetings, workshops, and events included in your registration fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds must be requested in writing on/or before May 14, 2022. Refund requests should be sent directly to Neffie Gatewood Alimayu, Tamias-Grammateus at P.O. Box 627, Spring, TX 77383-6027, or by email to SCRTamiasGramm@gmail.com. (Minus processing fee)

Consent to Photography and/or Video by the South Central Region

By registering for the conference online, each registrant consents to being photographed and/or videotaped, and publication of any images in any form and by any form of media. Furthermore, the registrant releases the South Central Region of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated from all claims, demands, and liabilities related to all images.

COVID-19 Policy

COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION: While participating in the South Central Regional Conference (“Conference”) held or sponsored by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated (“ZETA”), consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, “social distancing” and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, ZETA has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. ZETA cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.


DUTY TO SELF-MONITOR: Participants and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and to seek medical attention should they experience any of these or other symptoms during the Conference. By participating in and/or attending the Conference, you acknowledge the health risks associated with the Conference. You agree that if you experience any symptoms during the Conference, you will discontinue participation immediately and seek appropriate medical attention.

RELEASE AND WAIVER: Your attendance at the Conference is entirely voluntary and could result in personal injury (including death, exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19) and/or property damage. By attending, observing, or participating in the Conference, You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation and/or attendance at the Conference, and You agree that: (a) the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated (b) the South Central Region of Zeta Phi Beta, Sorority, Inc. (c) the property or site owner where the Conference is held, will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death or exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19), property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of your participation in, attendance at, and/ or observation of the Conference. You agree to release, waive, and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against the Released Parties, either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault, or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property. You agree to release, waive, and forever discharge any potential claims and demands that you, your heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives may have or which may hereinafter accrue on your behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from your participation in and/or attendance at the Conference.

 

BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE CONFERENCE, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN.
