VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

ROLES AVAILABLE:

The 2025 South Central Regional Leadership Conference Planning Committee is in the process of planning three highly impactful, engaging, and informative days during the 2025 South Central Regional Leadership Conference. There are opportunities for Zetas, Zeta Amicae, Zeta Archonettes and Zeta Male Network to serve in various volunteer capacities. These roles assist in managing and ensuring the smooth flow of a workshop, certification, business session, registration or forum. If you are planning to register and attend the 2025 South Central Regional Leadership Conference, please consider serving in one of our volunteer roles.

General Volunteers

Assist with various tasks as needed, such as setting up and breaking down event spaces, distributing materials, registration, and providing general support to ensure the smooth running of the conference (not inclusive list).

ASL Interpreter

Facilitates communication for deaf or hard-of-hearing attendees by providing real-time ASL interpretation for presentations, and workshops, ensuring accurate and inclusive communication throughout the event.

Door Monitors

Manage entry and exit points for conference business sessions, ensuring that only registered attendees enter and providing assistance as needed.

Information Desk Attendants

Provide attendees with information, directions, and assistance with general inquiries.

Badge Scanners

Verify attendee credentials and ensure that only authorized individuals access specific areas.

Ushers

Guide attendees to their seats, provide directions within the venue, and assist with crowd control.

Facilitators

Welcome attendees to sessions, introduce speakers, manage Q&A segments, and ensure sessions run smoothly.

Accessibility Assistants

Provide support to attendees with mobility issues, hearing or visual impairments, and other accessibility needs.

Elevator Attendant

Responsible for assisting attendees with elevator use, ensuring smooth operation, providing guidance to those with special needs, maintaining and controlling crowd congestion around elevators.

Escorts
Assist dignitaries and special guests with navigation and transportation around the conference venue.
