Should you opt not to use the online Conference Registration process, a hard copy of the Conference Registration Form is attached to this communication. Remember to submit 2 copies of your Registration Form along with your payment. Forms must be postmarked by May 16, 2018.

Refund Policy:

Refunds must be requested in writing on/or before May 31, 2018 and are subject to a processing fee, which is equal to the cost of meals. Refund requests should be sent directly to -
