CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
Registration payment must be done online via debit or credit card. A service fee will be charged based on the total amount paid.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS
​​Cancellation and Refund Requests must be submitted via the “Refund Link” found in your Registration Confirmation Email. Questions regarding Refunds should be sent to Soror/Friend Tabitha Matthews, South Central Region Financial Secretary SCRtamiasgrammateus.23@gmail.com.
Refund Requests must be received by May 14, 2025. All refund requests must be approved by the South Central Regional Director. Processing fees will not be returned to the registrant. Refunds will be returned via the payment by which they were received. There will be no onsite refunds issued.
